Yao is the Co-Founder & Growth Partner at Zenyx Property Solution, a Calgary-based property management and real estate company he founded alongside his wife.

Before Zenyx, Yao built his career in the aviation industry, including experience with WestJet and as an airport Screening Officer. Working in customer-focused, highly regulated, and fast-paced environments shaped his approach to business—being dependable, paying attention to the details, communicating clearly, and treating every person with respect.

At Zenyx, Yao supports the company’s day-to-day operations and continued growth. From building relationships with clients and partners to supporting property management and real estate activities, he brings a practical, people-first approach to everything he does. He enjoys solving problems, building meaningful connections, and finding better ways to serve Zenyx’s clients.

Together, Yao and his wife have built Zenyx around the idea that real estate service should feel professional without becoming impersonal. As a locally founded, family-run business, they value being approachable, following through on their commitments, and taking genuine care of the people and properties entrusted to them.
