Quinn Wanyan is a dual-licensed Real Estate Broker and Condominium Management Broker in Alberta, bringing more than 14 years of experience across real estate, property management, accounting, and financial operations.

Quinn began his real estate career in Calgary in 2012 as a commercial property accountant before progressing through accounting, financial controller, and property management roles. This diverse background has given him a comprehensive understanding of real estate from both an operational and financial perspective—from budgeting and financial controls to leasing, maintenance, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset performance.

Raised in Mainland China and educated in Management in Japan, Quinn brings an international perspective to Calgary’s diverse real estate market. Today, he actively oversees residential, commercial, and condominium properties, with a strong focus on financial accountability, preventative maintenance, effective vendor management, and tenant satisfaction.

Quinn is the founder of CAMR Group and serves as the Broker of Record supporting Zenyx Property Solution. Under his brokerage oversight, Zenyx’s real estate and property management activities are supported by the trust accounting, regulatory compliance, and professional standards required within Alberta’s regulated real estate industry.
