Chloe Zhang is the founder of Zenyx Property Solution, bringing over five years of hands-on experience in Calgary’s residential real estate and property management industry. Throughout her career, she has overseen portfolios of more than 2,500 residential units across Calgary and led a team of 20 property management professionals, developing extensive experience in both large-scale operations and personalized property management.

Her background spans single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, and multi-family communities, with experience in leasing, tenant relations, property inspections, maintenance operations, budgeting, owner reporting, and lease-up projects. Having managed properties at scale, Chloe understands how strong systems, responsive communication, and attention to detail can directly impact a property's performance and long-term value.

As a licensed real estate professional, Chloe also assists clients with buying and selling, giving her a broader perspective on the complete real estate investment cycle—from acquiring the right property and maximizing its rental potential to managing it effectively and eventually positioning it for sale.

Chloe founded Zenyx with a clear vision: to make property ownership simpler, more efficient, and more transparent.
